This Shipping Policy explains how The Furnix® (a registered brand of Poonam Art Exports, Jodhpur) delivers orders placed on thefurnix.in.

1. Shipping Charges

We offer FREE delivery across India on all orders. There are no hidden shipping or handling charges. All shipments are insured in transit.

2. Delivery Areas

We deliver to most cities and pin codes across India. You can check whether your pin code is serviceable on the product page using the “Check Availability” option. If a location is not serviceable, we will contact you before processing your order and issue a full refund if needed.

3. Dispatch and Delivery Time

  • Dispatch: Ready-stock products are dispatched from our Jodhpur workshop within 3–5 business days of order confirmation.
  • Delivery: Orders are usually delivered within 7–15 business days of dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Custom / made-to-order products: The production and delivery time will be shared with you at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather, festivals, or other events outside our control. We will keep you informed of any delay.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking details by email, SMS or WhatsApp. You can also track your order on our Track Order page.

5. Packaging

Every piece is carefully packed with protective wrapping and corner protection to keep it safe during transit.

6. Inspection at Delivery

Please check the package and product at the time of delivery. If the product is damaged, defective or incorrect, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos and your order number. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as per our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

7. Failed Delivery

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. If delivery fails because the customer was unavailable or the address was incorrect, we will contact you to reschedule.
